To help us answer faster, include your Player ID (on the Home screen of the game) and what device or browser you use.
Support and bugs
Something broke, a purchase did not arrive, or the game would not load? Email us with your Player ID, what happened and, if you can, a screenshot.
Feedback and ideas
Rule questions, new table themes, features you would like: we want to hear them.
Business and press
Partnerships, advertising and press questions: email us and put the topic in the subject line.
Report a player
Do not wait for email. In the game, open your Friends list or tap a player's avatar at the table and choose Report, or use Block or Mute chat to stop hearing from someone straight away.
Delete your account and data
You can do this yourself in the game: Settings, About, Delete Account. Everything linked to your account is deleted. You can also follow the steps on the account deletion page. Details of what we keep and for how long are in the privacy policy.
Report a mistake on this site
