Privacy Policy
Who we are
Thulla Champions is a card game for people aged 13 and over. This policy explains what we collect when you play, why, and the choices you have. Questions: abdulraufjutrj@gmail.com.
What we collect
• Your sign-in: when you continue with Google or Facebook we receive your name, your e-mail address (if the service gives one) and a unique account id from that service; if you let us, Facebook also tells us which of your Facebook friends play this game, so we can add them to your friends list. We never see your Google or Facebook password. • Your game profile: player id, display name, avatar, level, coins and gems, match results, wins and losses, friends, invites, blocks, reports you send about other players (reason, optional note), and the cards and settings you chose. • Your country, taken once from your phone's region setting, shown as a flag. • Your device: a random install id (to stop one phone from collecting invite rewards again and again) and, if you allow notifications, a push token. • Messages you type or send at a table (quick chat, stickers and, in private tables, text). • Technical information such as the app version and error logs, and, if ads are switched on, your advertising id.
Why we use it
To sign you in, keep your coins and progress safe, run matches and friends, send the notifications you allow (invitations, friend requests, match results, a daily bonus reminder), prevent cheating and abuse, fix bugs, and, if ads are switched on, show ads and measure them.
Who can see what
Other players see your name, avatar, level, flag and what you do at a table. Your friends also see your level, coins and win record. Strangers do not see your coins. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that run the game for us (our hosting and database provider, Google and Facebook for sign-in, Firebase for notifications and, if ads are switched on, our advertising partner), and when the law requires it.
Ads
The game may show ads. Ad partners may use your advertising id to show ads and count them. You can reset or limit the advertising id in your phone's settings. Where the law asks for it we will ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while it exists. When you delete your account we delete everything that is linked to it: your profile, coins, diamonds, purchases, stats, friends, invites, reports you made or that name you, saved choices and sign-in. Nothing is refunded and it cannot be brought back. Match records that do not name you may remain.
Your choices
• Notifications: turn them off in your phone's settings. • Sound, music and vibration: Settings in the app. • Block a player: from your Friends list. • Report a player: from your Friends list, a player's card at the table or the results page. We keep the report (who, why, your note) to review it and keep the game safe. • Delete your account and data: in the app, Settings > About > Delete Account (immediate; it removes all your coins, diamonds, purchases and progress for good), or on the web page thulla-api.onrender.com/delete-account. • Access or correct your data: write to abdulraufjutrj@gmail.com from the e-mail on your account and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
The game is not for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has an account, write to us and we will delete it.
Security and changes
Data travels over encrypted connections and sign-in tokens are stored in the phone's secure storage. No system is perfectly safe. If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
This website, cookies and advertising
The text above covers the game. This section covers this website, thullachampions.com, and the web version of the game at play.thullachampions.com.
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, advertising identifiers or similar technologies on this website and in the web game to show and measure ads, and to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on your visits to our sites and other sites on the internet. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom) we ask for your consent first.
You can manage or switch off personalised advertising in Google Ad Settings, and learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the web game still works, but ads may be less relevant.
Our own pages do not ask you to create an account or fill in a form. The web game stores a sign-in token and your settings in your browser so you stay signed in.
Contact and deleting your data
